Job summary

Finalytics.ai seeks a Python Integrations Developer to own and expand third‑party integrations that connect our fintech platform with digital banking platforms, CRM systems, LOS/OAO vendors, and other APIs.

You will write production Python code, read API docs, and coordinate with client IT teams to deploy integrations and resolve data flow issues. This hands‑on, client‑facing role emphasizes reliability and clear communication across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations - REST, SOAP, webhooks, file-based data exchange.
• Python proficiency - production code; Django experience preferred but learnable.
• Financial services / digital banking experience - with one or more platforms like Q2, Banno, Alkami, Bankjoy, Fiserv.
• API troubleshooting skills - diagnose auth failures, data mapping issues, rate limiting, and schema mismatches using logs, API docs, and tools like Postman.
• Clear communication - coordinate with client IT teams, vendor support, and internal developers.
• Self-directed problem solving - vendor docs are often incomplete; figure things out through experimentation and support tickets.

Responsibilities

• Digital Banking Integrations - Build and maintain connections with Q2, Banno, Alkami, and other platforms.
• CRM Integration - Own integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce: contact syncing, deal tracking, and workflow automation.
• Loan Origination & Account Opening - Connect with MeridianLink, Origence, Fiserv, nCino, Blend, Withclutch, and others to track funnels.
• Client Onboarding - Configure and test integrations during setup, including credential management and data validation.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting - Build alerting and logging around integration health; diagnose data sync failures and schema changes.
