Job summary

BriteCore is hiring a senior Python backend engineer to push AI-enabled products and scale multi-tenant SaaS services. You will build core AI-driven flows, payments and real-time data integrations, and design APIs for a customer ecosystem.

Strong Python, Django, and cloud experience are essential, with a focus on financial workflows. The role is fully remote but candidates must be located in Argentina or Brazil.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of Python web development experience.
• 3+ years with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• 3+ years SaaS product development including cloud solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on Django or similar Python framework.
• 2+ years API development for financial transactions.
• Daily use of agentic AI coding tools like Claude, Cursor, Codex.
• Proven ability to direct AI agents on multi-file, long-horizon tasks.
• Advanced mathematical skills in financial modeling and data processing.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js or React.
• Experience with Docker and AWS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Push production AI agents into complex platform flows and build supporting Python services and MCP servers.
• Build integration backbone: payments, identity, e-signature, real-time data handling.
• Develop rules engines and configuration runtime for product factory capability.
• Migrate whole companies onto the platform with importer pipelines and batch reconciliation.
• Scale multi-tenant batch systems handling real money settlement and data accuracy.
• Design public APIs for customer ecosystem with AI agents as first-class consumers.
• Build financial systems for transactions: billing, payouts, commissions, refunds.
