Outlier is seeking QA Coders to review AI-generated code and flag issues, while scoring model responses on accuracy, instruction following and presentation. You will craft clear, well-structured CS questions to push AI models and enhance coding capabilities.

This is a flexible, remote freelance role paid up to $34 per hour, with additional incentives based on project performance and location. Prior live-code experience is valued, and strong English communication is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or higher) from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase for a tech company (preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions: accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models and improve coding ability.
