You will work with engineers across Latin America and beyond, contributing to real AI training tasks and learning opportunities with Outlier's platform. Strong English and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors using guidelines.
• Rate model responses on accuracy and instruction following.
• Write clear CS prompts to push AI coding capabilities.
