Job summary

BriteCore is seeking a seasoned Python web developer to push AI agents into our platform and build scalable, multi-tenant infrastructure. You’ll craft the integration layer, API contracts, and orchestration servers for AI-powered workflows.

This long-term Independent Contractor role is fully remote for candidates in Argentina or Brazil. You’ll leverage Django, SQL databases, and cloud services to ship new AI-enabled features, while collaborating with frontend teams using Vue.js or React and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Python web development.
3+ years with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
3+ years of SaaS product development, including cloud based solutions.
3+ years of hands on experience with Django or another Python framework.
2+ years of proven experience building and consuming APIs.
Daily, deliberate use of agentic AI coding tools such as: Claude, Cursor, Codex.
Proven ability to direct AI agents on multi file, long horizon tasks.
Hands on experience with frontend frameworks like Vue.js or React.
Professional experience working with Docker for containerization and AWS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Push production AI agents into the platform's most complex flows; build MCP servers.
Build the integration layer powering the platform and AI agents; identity, e-signature, data services.
Create rules engines, configuration runtime, and AI Copilots to turn the platform into a product factory.
Bring entire companies onto the platform: importer pipelines and schema mapping.
Engineer multi-tenant infrastructure with async workers and data pipelines.
Design public APIs for the customer ecosystem with AI agents as first-class consumers.
