Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of proven procurement experience including supplier analysis, bid matrices and contract negotiation.
• Expertise in analyzing non-standardized vendor submissions and producing detailed comparisons.
• Deep knowledge in IT, industrial, or professional-services procurement.

Responsibilities

• Design and author expert-level procurement tasks (RFP drafting, bid evaluation, supplier scoring, contract negotiation).
• Source and format procurement artifacts (quotations, specs, pricing tables, technical docs).
• Define defensible sourcing recommendations with strong justifications.
• Create grading rubrics for AI evaluation of vendor decisions and bids.
• Ensure procurement challenges reflect realistic, domain-specific scenarios (IT/industrial/professional services).
• Communicate clearly written and verbal procurement context and evaluation standards.
• Collaborate with project team to review and validate tasks and rubrics for quality.
