Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Supply Chain Operations by generating purchase orders for HelloFresh markets across Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. You will use in-house tools and Google Suite to ensure accuracy and timely ordering, collaborating with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Forecasting teams.

You’ll raise, edit, and send POs to suppliers, perform data quality checks, and help optimize tooling and processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years purchasing experience as a Buyer.
• Strong Excel and ERP/MRP systems experience.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and self-management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive inbound delivery and ensure order accuracy.
• Perform comprehensive audit and data quality checks.
• Manage supplier communications and issue resolution.
• Support daily administrative and emergency operations.
• Maintain operational reporting and forecast distribution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across supply chain teams.
• Optimize tooling and process efficiency.
