Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to manage the daily end-to-end handling of customer orders, from data validation to fulfillment. You will analyze operational data, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to prevent delays and improve processes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fulfillment/logistics, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, data operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong data interpretation skills and ability to identify anomalies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive and repetitive processes with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Investigative and follow-through skills to resolve discrepancies.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with reporting tools, data visualization, SQL, automation, or third-party fulfillment partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely handling of customer orders.
• Review, validate, and maintain order data for completeness and alignment with requirements.
• Manage order updates, inventory exceptions, and fulfillment changes with proper documentation.
• Analyze operational data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate trackers and reports to support visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Monitor order progress and deadlines, flag delays and take action.
• Communicate risks and discrepancies clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
• Support data-driven and operational projects as needed.
