Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a Procurement Team Leader to guide a team of Purchasing Coordinators within our NA Supply Chain Enablement function. You will focus on accurate purchasing, data integrity, and alignment with regional goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, KPI reporting, SOP creation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global BPO environment. Collaboration across continents strengthens cross-functional impact and stakeholder value.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in a business-related field such as Supply Chain Operations/Management.
• Minimum 3 years in procurement or supply chain with 1+ year people management.
• Experience reporting on KPIs and driving improvements.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs.
• Strong coaching, performance management and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Purchasing Coordinators to execute purchasing activities efficiently.
• Collaborate with local supply chain teams to align daily operations with strategic goals.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely information flow to stakeholders.
• Drive team performance on OTIF delivery and on-time invoicing.
