Qualifications

• 3+ years mortgage origination experience with focus on purchase transactions.
• Complete CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Test (National Component).
• Physically located in and working remotely from Pennsylvania.
• Proven success originating purchase loans in high-volume or agent-centric models.
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales approach.
• Comfortable operating in a KPI-driven, structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans via proactive borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents/local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to monitor pipeline health.
• Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams for loan moves.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
• Stay current on market trends, programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain active licensing and participate in ongoing professional development.
• This role involves collection and use of voiceprints for compliance purposes.
