Job summary

Zillow Home Loans, a part of Zillow Group, is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate purchase loans from application through closing. You will work remotely from Massachusetts, in a performance‑driven, KPI‑oriented environment with optional time in an office.

Responsibilities include converting opportunities, building client relationships, and coordinating with processing, underwriting, and closing teams while staying current on lending programs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers, Zillow Preferred Agents, and local partners.
