Job summary

Zillow Home Loans, part of Zillow Group, is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers in the Zillow ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding, with either a high-volume, digitally driven path or a relationship-based, market-focused model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with purchase focus.
• Active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or federal bank license.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline while meeting service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through phone, email, and text.
