Merative, through its Cúram platform, seeks a Business Consultant to drive successful social program implementations across public sector clients.
You will gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and lead agile sessions, guiding cross-functional teams toward MVP-aligned solutions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in large IT consulting or public sector.
- Experience with Curam services delivery or Curam product implementations.
- Strong in business process analysis, user stories, flows and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Research, analysis, definition and documentation of customer requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for business questions and issues with technical consultants.
- Lead design discussions with the development team on options and approaches.
- Become a Curam product expert and perform fit/gap analyses for implementations.
- Scope proofs of concept with technical support when needed.
- Lead agile sessions as required.
- Prioritize and document solution requirements including Use cases, flows, stories and QA test cases.
