The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in software development, specifically with Java/J2EE and Curam software. A remote-first work culture is in place, allowing flexibility in work hours.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a hands-on technical role delivering software solutions.
• Experience with design/development principles and Curam product.
• Flexibility in hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with clients on technical requirements.
• Develop and test Cúram extensions in J2EE.
• Maintain relationships with clients and integration partners.
