Responsibilities

• Deliver project implementations as part of the Curam Team.


• Create functional and technical designs for Curam extensions and configurations, such as workflow and rules.


• Work closely with clients, partner staff, and internal stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.


• Investigate and resolve technical situations.


• Utilize the Eclipse framework to implement Curam solutions.


• Develop, code, and unit test Curam extensions and configurations for workflow and rules.


• Maintain industry‑standard version control.


• Become a technical expert in Cúram product modules and implementations (Universal Access, Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG), Rules, Financials, Workflow and Batch).


• Design and deploy solutions in a JEE environment, including web services, cloud and security.


• Establish and maintain productive relationships with system integration partners, clients, and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• 8+ years proven track record in a technical role delivering and implementing package software solutions.


• 5+ years demonstrated experience in Java/JEE/XML/UML development.


• Curam software experience.


• Experience in public sector health and human services programs and core functionality (e.g., Medicaid, welfare, food stamp, medical assistance, child protection, unemployment insurance).


• Proficient in web service development, both REST and SOAP.


• Familiarity with modern UI/UX development, tools and languages (e.g., React JS, Angular).


• Experience with relational databases (preferably DB2 or Oracle) and SQL.


• Bonus: JEE scalability and performance, application and system security.


• Bonus: Delivery of applications on cloud with AWS and/or Azure.

Compensation

• Salary range: $104,009.60 – $182,680.80 (USD) (may vary based on experience, qualifications and specific role).
