Job summary

TTEC seeks an Executive Director to lead Public Sector Information Security & Compliance. You will guide strategy, oversee FedRAMP and governance, and partner with executives to align security with business goals.

You will manage Security Advisors and Engineers, drive risk assessments, authorization, and audit readiness for federal/state programs, including health exchanges and tolling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security, compliance, or risk management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing security/compliance teams.
• Deep expertise in FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Health Benefit Exchanges (ARC-AMPE) and tolling.
• Strong cloud security, monitoring, and authorization knowledge.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity/IT; Master’s preferred; relevant certs.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for public sector security programs.
• Oversee compliance with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC, ARC-AMPE, and others.
• Lead and manage Information Security Advisors and Technical Security Engineers.
• Drive risk management through assessments, mitigation, and reporting.
• Ensure continuous monitoring, authorization, and recertification for regulated environments.
• Serve as executive liaison with auditors, regulators, and clients.
• Oversee contract security requirements and audit readiness.
• Lead incident response coordination with security operations teams.
• Establish governance for SCR, POA&M, and audit processes.
• Align compliance initiatives with revenue growth in public sector.
