Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of a compliance program in a defense/contracting environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with System Security Plans, POA&Ms, and SPRS scoring.
• Experience managing IT operations and governance across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk, and compliance for IT and cyber security.
• Own CMMC program end-to-end and sustainment across three-year cycles.
• Oversee DFARS/ITAR export-control obligations and external service provider controls.
• Direct IT operations, infrastructure, ERP/PLM systems, and cybersecurity incident readiness.
