Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Information Security Principal Engineer to join our Information Technology team. This role leads the protection of information systems assets across the enterprise and provides architectural guidance to global sites.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of information security experience, relevant certifications, and strong LAN/WAN knowledge. Expect a comprehensive compensation package and opportunities for growth within our global team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA are preferred.
• 5-7 years of Information Security experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation of processes and procedures to protect information systems assets.
• Provides technical leadership and architectural support for protection of information systems assets across global sites.
• Owns and manages configuration and administration for security tools.
• Assists with fraud detection, documentation, prevention, and investigative support as needed.
• Supports audits (PCI, SSAE16, internal and client audits).
• Provides reports on data security effectiveness and recommendations for new procedures and tools.
