Qualifications

• 1-3 years in sales, business development, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and translate customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned SMB accounts and sales opportunities.
• Generate qualified pipeline through partner and referral programs.
• Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prospect for new opportunities and identify expansion within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
