Job summary

ICA, Inc. is seeking a Research Project Manager to support post-market safety studies of medical devices in real-world settings. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team, manage schedules and risk, and ensure compliance with contracts and client requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in health research project management, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. This remote role follows EST and offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or closely related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in research project management in health/public sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks across a multidisciplinary study team and maintain the project plan.
• Identify risks, create meeting agendas, and track action items to completion.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual and quality requirements on time.
• Support subcontractor management, NDAs, and SOW alignment.
• Maintain organized project files and respond professionally to clients.
