Job summary

ICA.ai is seeking a Research Project Manager to lead a post-market safety study for medical devices, coordinating a multidisciplinary team across epidemiology, biostatistics, and data science in a remote EST-aligned role.

The ideal candidate has a public health background, 3+ years in research project management, strong communication, and detail-oriented operations. US work authorization and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in research project management within health-related settings.
• Demonstrated experience managing deliverables, schedules, and multiple concurrent workstreams to deadline.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, or external partners and tracking performance against scope.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients, technical experts, and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation and compliance.
• MS Office/Teams/SharePoint proficiency; ability to manage project trackers.
• US work authorization and willingness to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all tasks and activities across the multi-disciplinary study team
• Maintain the project plan, schedule, and risk register
• Identify and elevate project risks and issues before they affect timelines
• Create meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, and take accurate minutes
• Record action items and decisions, track tasks to completion
• Ensure all deliverables meet contractual and quality requirements on time
• Support subcontractor management and NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts
• Serve as day-to-day contact for subcontractors and SMEs on scheduling matters
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Draft and edit written communications and status updates for diverse audiences
