Responsibilities

• Research Support and Administration: Support various clinical research studies and departments across the Intermountain system.
• Project Planning & Execution: Define, develop, and execute clinical research project plans with timelines and resources.
• Budget & Scope Management: Develop comprehensive budgets and assist with budget preparation and forms.
• Study Requirements & Compliance: Analyze requirements, coordinate approvals, and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Quality Assurance & Documentation: Track deliverables, prepare reports, and support billing reconciliation.
• Study Lifecycle Management: Manage startup, maintenance, and closeout activities; provide study team support.
• Medicare Coverage Analysis: Develop coverage analyses and review reimbursement guidelines.
• Auditing & Risk Management: Coordinate assessments, communicate risks, and lead compliance efforts.
