Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in research project management in health care or government.
• Experience managing deliverables, schedules, and multiple workstreams to deadline.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, or external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients, experts, and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks across a multi-disciplinary study team.
• Maintain project plan, schedule, and risk register.
• Identify and elevate risks and issues before deadlines.
• Create meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, and take minutes.
• Record action items and track tasks to completion.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual and quality requirements.
