Outschool is hiring a Public Funding Project Lead to drive ESA initiatives across CX, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product. You will translate strategy into coordinated plans with owners and on-time delivery, building trusted relationships to broker trade-offs.

You will own the program's management systems and cadence, while advancing AI-enabled efficiencies like order-fulfillment and invoicing automations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects across multiple departments.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.
• Track record of delivering complex initiatives on time.
• Knowledge of public-funding/ESA programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution of public-funding and ESA initiatives across CX, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product.
• Translate strategy into coordinated project plans with clear owners and timelines.
• Build trusted relationships with owners in each function to broker trade-offs.
• Own the project-management systems and operating cadence for the program.
• Drive AI-enabled efficiencies, building automations like order-fulfillment and invoicing workflows.
• Scale ESA operations and surface risks to protect delivery as volume grows.
