Ladders is seeking a Public Engagement Manager to shape and execute public engagement strategies in a fast-moving consumer technology environment. This remote US-based role requires collaboration with policy stakeholders to mobilize grassroots support around time-sensitive campaigns.

You will establish advocates across priority markets, use digital organizing tools, monitor developments, and work with the Federal Affairs team for targeted outreach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in grassroots organizing, community engagement, digital strategy, political campaigns, or public affairs.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop advocate networks at scale.
• Expertise in grassroots mobilization strategies with leadership briefing experience.
• Strong digital organizing skills, including CRM and advocacy platforms.
• Metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking and improving digital campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proactive self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly across key regions.

Responsabilités
