Progressive is seeking a part-time Social Engagement Specialist to manage day-to-day social media interactions and publish approved content. The role collaborates with CRM, Claims, and internal partners to prioritize customer inquiries while protecting the brand reputation. This is a remote US-based position.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in digital marketing or customer service in social spaces, or a Bachelor's with 1+ year. Strong copywriting and social strategy skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least four years in digital marketing or customer service in social/online space.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least one year in digital marketing or customer service in social/online space.

Responsabilités

• Lead social media engagement across platforms, including day-to-day interactions and publishing approved content.
• Protect the brand by coordinating with CRM, Claims, and internal partners on inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Prioritize customer and consumer inquiries via social channels and escalate as needed.
