Job summary

The Manager of Email Engagement & Digital Advocacy leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of the organization’s email marketing, digital advocacy, and audience engagement efforts within the Marketing Division, reporting to the Director of Digital Engagement. You will collaborate with Development, Government Relations, and other divisions to deliver multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing and digital engagement campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading for diverse audiences.
• Experience using Engaging Networks or a comparable platform.
• Technical expertise with email platforms, segmentation, deliverability, and HTML.
• Analytical skills with metrics, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead email engagement program across newsletters, alerts, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Develop editorial calendars with stakeholders for coordinated communications.
• Create and optimize email content aligned with brand standards.
• Drive multi-channel advocacy campaigns and audience engagement.
• Manage audience segmentation and list health.
• Track performance with metrics and reporting.
• Apply HTML and platform expertise to support design and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with tech vendors and internal teams.
