• Must have knowledge of computers and strong interpersonal skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility for public assistance programs through interviews and data review.
• Perform ongoing case management for Medical Assistance, BadgerCare Plus, Food Share/SNAP, CTS and Wisconsin Shares.
• Enter and verify information using CARES and CARES Worker Web systems; correct and update benefit levels.
• Respond to inquiries, provide status updates, and assist with changes or re-determinations.
• Identify and report potential fraud or program integrity concerns.
