Qualifications

• High School plus two additional years of formal preparation and two to three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and renewal interviews to determine program eligibility.
• Enter consumer data into CARES and state/local systems accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and adhere to program guidelines.
• Meet agency performance requirements and benchmarks.
