Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in MRO/shop with market knowledge.
• Proven track record of growing aviation maintenance or manufacturing sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop PT6 commercial sales opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to grow market share.
• Build and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Represent TAE Aerospace at industry conferences and events.
• Capture and manage sales opportunities through the CRM.
