Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a part-time digital project manager to lead the implementation of Blackthorn and GiveCampus platforms. You will serve as the main liaison between vendors and internal teams, coordinating across ITS, Advancement, Gift Processing, Communications, and CRM to ensure successful delivery.

The role supports the transition from Encompass by iModules, maintains documentation/SOPs, and provides ongoing status updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technology/digital project management
• Experience with system implementations, migrations, or platform transitions
• Vendor and cross-functional team coordination experience
• Strong project planning, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions

Responsabilités

• Location: Remote
• Part Time: 15-20 hrs/week
• Hours: Can be worked outside of regular working hours with some flexibility for meetings.
• Company is EST.
• Duration: 6+ month contract
• Rate: 60-70/hr
