Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a part-time, remote project manager to lead the implementation of Blackthorn and GiveCampus digital platforms. You will act as the main liaison between vendors and internal teams, guiding project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables with a focus on seamless platform transitions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technology project management, solid experience with system implementations, and strong documentation and communication skills.

• 3+ years of technology/digital project management.
• GiveCampus and/or Blackthorn experience.
• Experience with system implementations, migrations, or platform transitions.
• Vendor and cross-functional team coordination.
• Strong project planning, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Blackthorn and GiveCampus digital platforms.
• Serve as primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, meetings, action items, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across ITS, Advancement, Gift Processing, Communications, and CRM teams.
• Support the transition from Encompass by iModules, maintain documentation/SOPs.
• Provide project status updates.
