Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a seasoned Digital Project Manager to lead the implementation of Blackthorn and GiveCampus platforms. You will own project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables while coordinating ITS, Advancement, Gift Processing, Communications, and CRM teams.

This remote, part-time role offers 15-20 hours weekly on a 6+ month contract. Strong vendor management, cross-functional communication, and ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions are

• 3+ years of tech/digital project management required.
• Experience with system implementations or migrations required.
• Ability to coordinate vendor and cross-functional teams.
• GiveCampus and/or Blackthorn experience preferred.

Role Overview

Lead the implementation of Blackthorn and GiveCampus digital platforms, serving as the primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders. Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, meetings, action items, and deliverables. Coordinate across ITS, Advancement, Gift Processing, Communications, and CRM teams. Support the transition from Encompass by iModules, maintain documentation/SOPs, and provide project status updates.

Requirements

• GiveCampus and/or Blackthorn experience
• 3+ years of technology/digital project management
• Experience with system implementations, migrations, or platform transitions
• Vendor and cross-functional team coordination
• Strong project planning, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
