Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a part-time Digital Project Manager to lead the rollout of GiveCampus and Blackthorn platforms. You will coordinate with ITS, Advancement, Gift Processing, Communications, and CRM teams to manage plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth vendor interactions.

The role is remote, 15-20 hours weekly, with flexible meeting times and a duration of 6+ months. Prior platform implementation and cross-functional coordination are essential for success.

Role Overview

Lead the implementation of Blackthorn and GiveCampus digital platforms, serving as the primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders. Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, meetings, action items, and deliverables. Coordinate across ITS, Advancement, Gift Processing, Communications, and CRM teams. Support the transition from Encompass by iModules, maintain documentation/SOPs, and provide project status updates.

Requirements

• GiveCampus and/or Blackthorn experience
• 3+ years of technology/digital project management
• Experience with system implementations, migrations, or platform transitions
• Vendor and cross-functional team coordination
• Strong project planning, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
