Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a Part-Time Digital Projects Lead to implement GiveCampus and Blackthorn platforms, coordinating with ITS, Advancement, Gift Processing, Communications and CRM teams. You will manage plans, risks, milestones, and stakeholder meetings while transitioning from Encompass by iModules and maintaining clear documentation.

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, meetings, action items and deliverables.
• Coordinate across ITS, Advancement, Gift Processing, Communications and CRM teams; maintain docs and SOPs; provide status updates.

• Location: Remote
• Part Time: 15-20 hrs/week
• Hours: Can be worked outside of regular working hours with some flexibility for meetings.

• Duration: 6+ month contract
• Rate: 60-70/hr

Role Overview

Lead the implementation of Blackthorn and GiveCampus digital platforms, serving as the primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders. Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, meetings, action items, and deliverables. Coordinate across ITS, Advancement, Gift Processing, Communications, and CRM teams. Support the transition from Encompass by iModules, maintain documentation/SOPs, and provide project status updates.

Requirements

• GiveCampus and/or Blackthorn experience
• 3+ years of technology/digital project management
• Experience with system implementations, migrations, or platform transitions
• Vendor and cross-functional team coordination
• Strong project planning, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
