A Doctoral degree in educational measurement is required, with deep expertise in classical test theory, item response theory, test equating, scaling and linking, and standard setting.

You will work with SAS, R, Python, WINSTEPS, and IRTPro, and be open to applying AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.

Qualificações

• Doctoral degree in educational measurement or a closely related field.
• Relevant experience with psychometric issues in operational assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychometric support across development and programs.
• Analyze item calibration, linking, and equating; design field test plans.
• Prepare reports and present results to clients and committees.
