Qualifications

Doctoral degree in educational measurement or a closely related field from a nationally recognized institution of higher education.
Relevant professional experience in psychometrics, ideally covering the full range of issues in operational assessment programs.

Responsibilities

Applies psychometric methodologies (CTT, IRT, test equating, scaling, linking, standard setting) across diverse testing contexts.
Uses statistical software (SAS, R, Python, WINSTEPS, IRTPro) to address challenges in research or operational programs.
Demonstrates openness to AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency and innovation.
Provides full psychometric support for development and documentation of processes across programs.
Conducts item calibration, linking, and equating under guidance; designs test forms and field tests.
