Qualificações

• PhD in educational measurement or closely related field from a recognized institution.
• Relevant professional experience in psychometrics for operational assessment programs.

Responsabilidades

• Applies psychometric methodologies across new and complex testing contexts.
• Provides psychometric support across development and documentation of processes.
• Conducts item calibration, linking and equating analyses under guidance of senior psychometricians.
