Job summary

The candidate will work with SAS, R, Python, WINSTEPS, and IRTPro, while exploring AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and innovation in measurement research.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in educational measurement or a closely related field from a nationally recognized institution of higher education
• Relevant professional experience with psychometric issues in operational assessment programs

Responsibilities

• Apply and support psychometric methodologies across new and complex testing contexts
• Use SAS, R, Python, WINSTEPS or IRTPro to address psychometric challenges
• Learn and apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and innovation
• Provide full range of psychometric support and document processes across programs and projects
• Conduct item calibration, linking and equating analyses; design field test plans
