Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or doctoral degree in educational measurement or closely related field.
• Extensive professional experience with psychometric issues in operational assessment programs.
• Demonstrated ability to apply psychometric methodologies to real-world testing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of psychometric support for development and documentation of processes across programs.
• Conduct item calibration, linking and equating analyses.
• Develop linear test forms and design field test plans.
• Support research studies and author formal reports for dissemination.
