Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in educational measurement or closely related field from a nationally recognized institution.
• Relevant professional experience, preferably encompassing the full range of psychometric issues encountered in operational assessment programs.

Responsabilités

• Applies and supports psychometric methodologies across contexts, including classical test theory, IRT, testing equating, scaling and linking.
• Supports development and documentation of psychometric processes across programs and projects.
• Conducts analyses for item calibration, linking and equating under guidance of senior psychometricians.
