Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in educational measurement or closely related field.
• Experience with psychometric methodologies in operational assessment programs.
• Ability to apply AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency.
• Experience with item calibration, linking, and equating under guidance of senior psychometricians.

Responsibilities

• Applies psychometric methodologies across new and complex operational testing contexts.
• Provides full range of psychometric support on development and documentation of processes across programs and projects.
• Conducts analyses for item calibration, linking, and equating. Develops linear test forms and field test plans.
• Supports operational research studies and development of detailed research specifications and reports.
