Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Psychometrician to lead psychometric analyses for educational measurement initiatives. The role covers classical test theory, IRT, equating, linking, and standard setting across operational testing contexts.

Candidates will use SAS, R, Python, WINSTEPS or IRTPro to address novel measurement challenges, develop test forms, and contribute to research specifications. Remote work options may apply.

Qualificações

• PhD in educational measurement or closely related field from a nationally recognized institution
• Relevant professional experience in psychometrics for operational assessment programs

Responsabilidades

• Apply and support psychometric methodologies including classical test theory, item response theory, test equating, scaling and linking
• Conduct item calibration, linking and equating analyses under guidance from senior psychometricians; design field test plans
• Develop and document new and existing processes across programs; support operational research studies and reports
