Job summary

Lavender is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for remote tele-psychiatry serving Utah-based clients. Positions available as full-time, part-time, or contract with a minimum 16 hours per week and a daily schedule window from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Qualifications

• MSN degree required and current licensure for Utah NP practice.
• ANCC board certification is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or both.
• Follow up with clients at least monthly to assess efficacy and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide multiple modalities of talk therapy as part of integrated care.
