Job summary
Lavender is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to conduct tele-psychiatry visits for North Carolina clients. This role offers part-time, full-time, or contract options with a minimum 16 hours per week, in a flexible, remote setup.
You will work with a team of advanced practice nurses to deliver high-quality mental health care. The position requires an MSN, NC NP license, ANCC board certification, and NC DEA certification, with a 1099 compensation model and mentorship for onboarding.
Qualifications
- MSN required for practice as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Active North Carolina NP license required.
- ANCC board certification is required.
- DEA certification in NC required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or both.
- Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly to assess efficacy and adjust care.
- Provide various modalities of talk therapy as appropriate to client needs.
