Job summary

Lavender, a nurse-founded online psychiatry practice, seeks Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to conduct tele-psychiatry visits for Utah clients. You can build your own schedule within operating hours (8am–8pm, 7 days), with a minimum commitment of 16 hours weekly.

We offer a competitive 1099 compensation model, mentorship, and training in a supportive, remote environment. Requirements include MSN, Utah NP license, ANCC certification, and 2+ years in adult mental health.

Qualifications

• MSN required and licensed to practice as an NP in Utah.
• ANCC board certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in adult mental health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaborate on treatment plans (medication, therapy, or both).
• Proactively follow up monthly to assess efficacy and adjust care as needed.
• Provide multiple modalities of talk therapy as part of integrated care.
