Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania for a fully remote, fee-for-service (W2) position. Compensation will be $65,000–$94,000 per year based on 15–20 clinical hours per week.

You will provide telemedicine care to adults and adolescents, conduct assessments, prescribe medications per guidelines, and collaborate on care plans. Candidates must have PMHNP board certification and an active PA license, with 1 year of psychiatric practice

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master’s in Nursing with active prescriptive authority.
• 1 year of psychiatric practice required; 3 years a plus.
• Knowledge of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR advantageous.
• Licensed and residing in the state where practicing.
• Part-time availability: 15–20 hours per week.
• Completion of in‑house ADHD treatment training and exam (no client quotas).

Responsibilities

• Provide telemedicine care to a diverse patient population, primarily adults and adolescents, with conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more.
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations in an ongoing telemedicine capacity.
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms, as needed, while adhering to Thriveworks’ Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Create, collaborate on, and update patient care plans.
• Complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools for clients.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services at the various sites.
• Treat clients 14 years old and up.
