Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our New Mexico telemedicine team. The clinician will conduct assessments, provide medications as needed for ages 14+, and collaborate on care plans while respecting ADHD clinic training.

This is a fee-for-service W2 role with 15–20 hours per week, fully remote, offering bi-weekly pay, 401K with 3% match, paid orientation, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the practicing state.
• Three years of experience preferred; 1 year psychiatry experience required.
• Must be licensed and reside in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Treat clients aged 14 and up; prescribed medications as needed.
• Create and collaborate on individualized care plans with clients.
• Complete required paperwork and assessment tools; adhere to Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on programs and services.
