Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners licensed in Connecticut to provide telemedicine care for a diverse client population, including adolescents and adults. The role emphasizes safe prescribing, collaborative care planning, and adherence to clinical guidelines.

Compensation ranges $70,000-$100,000 annually for 15-20 hours per week with a fully remote model and robust benefits, including 401K, paid onboarding, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in CT.
• Knowledge of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus.
• Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required.
• Clinicians must be licensed and live in the state they practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.
• Treat clients aged 14+ and collaborate on care plans.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate within scope.
• Complete required paperwork and assessment tools.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines.
