Job summary
Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide telemedicine care in New Mexico. Candidates must hold PMHNP board certification, an active nursing license, and prescriptive authority; part-time availability of 15–20 hours weekly is preferred.
Clinicians will assess, treat, and manage ADHD and other mental health conditions across adults and adolescents. We offer fully remote work, guaranteed pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state
- Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus
- Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required
- Must be licensed in the practicing state and reside there
- Part-time requires 15-20 hours per week
- Completion of ADHD-treatment training with exam is required after hire
Responsibilities
- Make psychiatric assessments via telemedicine
- Treat patients aged 14+ as needed
- Prescribe medications to reduce symptoms
- Create and update care plans with clients
- Complete and administer required paperwork and assessment tools
- Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on cases and services
